Job Title: Desktop Support Technician Location: Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico Contract Type: Long-Term Contract About the Role: We are seeking skilled and reliable Desktop Support Technicians to join our client's team in Santa Isabel, PR. In this long-term contract role, you'll provide frontline technical support, resolve hardware and software issues, and help maintain a stable and secure IT environment in a mission-critical setting. Key Responsibilities: + Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 desktop support to end users + Troubleshoot Windows OS, Office 365, printers, and various enterprise applications + Assist with hardware setups, imaging, and system deployments + Document incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system + Maintain compliance with security protocols and IT policies + Collaborate with IT staff and stakeholders in a high-security, team-oriented environment Qualifications: + 1+ years of experience in desktop or technical support roles + Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Active Directory, Office 365 + Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills + Excellent communication and customer service abilities h4>About TEKsystems: We're partners in transformation.
