Desktop Support Technician – Onsite | Santa Isabel, PR Location: Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico (Onsite) Job Type: Full-Time | Long-Term Industry: Aerospace | IT Support | Infrastructure Compensation: Based on experience About the Role Join a high-impact IT team supporting a globally recognized aerospace company with operations across the U.S. and Puerto Rico. As a Desktop Support Technician, you’ll be the face of IT for end users—resolving issues, maintaining systems, and ensuring a smooth technology experience in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment. This is a long-term, onsite position based in Santa Isabel, PR, ideal for someone who combines technical know-how with a strong sense of professionalism and customer service. Key Responsibilities + Provide onsite technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices. + Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues. + Install and configure operating systems, applications, and updates (Windows, Office 365, etc.). + Support user account setup, password resets, and access permissions. + Maintain IT inventory and assist with hardware replacements and upgrades. + Document support activities and escalate complex issues when needed. + Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times. Qualifications + 1–3 years of experience in desktop or IT support. + Proficiency with Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and basic networking. + Familiarity with Active Directory, remote support tools, and ticketing systems. + Strong communication and customer service skills. + Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. + Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. + Experience supporting manufacturing or aerospace environments is a plus. + A professional, courteous, and service-oriented attitude is essential.
