Job Description An aerospace company in Atlanta is looking for a part time Tier One Desktop support member. In this role, you will be responsible for mainly supporting the hardware side of things. You'll stage laptops for new employees, do laptop replacements, and provisioning iPhones/iPads. Eventually, you may start taking tickets around their Linux, Microsoft, and Windows environment. They have a very well documented environment, so are open to training you on these tickets. This position is a 2 day a week commitment onsite in Atlanta, GA. Once you are trained, you can opt to work weekends if that's preferred. The hourly rate is $35-40/hr, and it's a 6 month contract.
