Desktop Support Specialist
Job Description Cantor Fitzgerald is seeking a hands-on Desktop Support Engineer to provide Tier 2 technical support in a fast-paced financial services environment. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, deep knowledge of Windows and Office 365, and the ability to work independently on hardware and software issues. Skills and Requirements • Hands-on experience with Windows OS and Office 365 • Strong understanding of PC hardware and troubleshooting • Active Directory administration experience (full ownership of tasks) • Basic networking knowledge (IP configuration, hostnames) • Familiarity with Bloomberg and other financial applications • Certifications: A+ preferred • Ability to think critically and solve problems independently • Excellent communication skills; resume must align with actual experience • Shell scripting
