Desktop Support
**Job Description:** + Desktop Support responsibilities: Computers, Conference Rooms, Phones, Printers, End Users, Ticketing System. + Networking knowledge: Server, Wi-fi, Phones, Printers, and hardware troubleshooting. + Provides tier 2 – 3 technical supports through Service Now ticketing system. + Provides the support and maintenance of operating systems including hardware and software. + Contributes to creating and maintaining documentation and sharing knowledge. + Ensure optimum support for end-users at all times within agreed service levels + Ensure that relevant IT documentation is maintained and up to date + Support and maintain the IT Infrastructure asset management – including Hardware lifecycle management and SW licensing + Establish good working relationships with users and other sources of support and assistance + Daily tasks of working on end user tickets and participating with Company IT projects. + There will be weekend opportunity to participate and learn more on managed Lan projects. + Contracting Full Time Position that requires 40 hours a week hands on support in the office. + OT weekend project works available to learn more on Managed Lan Projects. + This is a 1-year contract and with good performance is likely long term. + Primary Location is Shakopee and per project/team backup support you may need to work in Eden Prairie or Chanhassen, MN. + 10 years’ experience within a general IT environment. **About US Tech Solutions:** US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
