Kforce has a client that is seeking a Desktop Support in Miami, FL. Summary: We are currently looking for a Tier 1 Desktop Support Tech managing Onboarding and Offboarding. This role is crucial to enhancing our customer experience and maintaining our hardware inventory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for getting hardware configured, including managing laptops, tablets, and phones through MDM device management. The candidate should be adept at handling both Windows and Mac systems, with experience in Okta, SIM SSO, and Active Directory (AD) support. One of the key aspects of this role is solid customer service experience, as the candidate will need to de-escalate situations effectively and provide exceptional support. They should also be able to step in wherever necessary and work collaboratively with the team, ensuring smooth operations. The role includes managing inventory using Snipe IT for asset management and inventory tracking. An important aspect of this role is the on-call rotation, which occurs once every couple of months and pertains to hardware support, though it is rarely used.
