You will provide our customers with comprehensive advice on our products and services in the field of pressure reducers and safety valves. **In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Supporting an existing customer base + Establishing, expanding and acquiring new customers as the first point of contact for comprehensive customer support in the field of valve technology + Regular telephone support and advice for technical and commercial contacts + Active offer tracking and project follow-up + Independent order negotiations + Project support + Preparing customer inquiries for processing and submitting quotations + Monitoring and reporting of customer-specific key figures + Development and maintenance of networks **Who You Are:** You build and maintain effective customer relationships. You learn quickly when confronted with new situations. You communicate messages clearly and precisely.
