You demonstrate growing mastery in your craft and the ability to influence design outcomes. You will lead specific tasks or smaller project modules, facilitate discussions, and present design concepts. Apply design thinking methods to deliver solutions aligned with project objectives. * Your primary responsibilities include: * Strong conceptual thinking and understanding on branding. * Ability to develop cohesive visual languages and design systems to execute at scales effectively * Deep understanding and practical experience in design process and methodologies - concept, mood board, branding, design systems, style guides, UI and prototyping * Great attitude and communication skills to effectively present designs, prototypes, experience visions and other deliverables to stakeholders * Experience working with developers and handing over design to developers is needed **Required technical and professional expertise** * Strong conceptual thinking and understanding on branding. * Ability to develop cohesive visual languages and design systems to execute at scales effectively * Fine skills in interactions, micro-interactions, 3D, motion graphics, interactive demos and prototyping, video storyboarding and editing abilities. * Advance abilities in Figma as a prototyping tool. * Great attitude and communication skills to effectively present designs, prototypes, experience visions and other deliverables to stakeholders **Preferred technical and professional experience** * Resilience under pressure, self-starting attitude, awareness of trends in business, design, and technology, and strong presentation skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Design portfolio with experience across responsive design and mobile apps is a must.
