You demonstrate growing mastery * in your craft and the ability to influence design outcomes. * You will lead specific tasks or smaller project modules, facilitate discussions, and present design * concepts. Apply design thinking methods to deliver solutions aligned with project objectives. * Formal design education & portfolio is mandatory along with 5+ years of experience **Preferred technical and professional experience** * Strong work ethic and client presentation skills * Possess a bachelor’s degree in design (mandatory) or higher from an accredited university * (BDes, MDes) in a related field preferred. * Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant UX design experience preferably in agency and consultancy * environment * Design portfolio with experience across responsive design and mobile apps is a must. Portfolio * covering designing for AI in-built experiences is an added advantage. * Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
