Projects range from landscape renovations to new construction sites for corporate/commercial clientele. **Duties and Responsibilities:** + Create landscape designs for commercial clients. **Education and Experience:** + 1 to 2 years professional experience in Architecture/Design. + Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture required + Highly motivated leader + Strong design and graphic skills a must + Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite + High quality verbal and written communication skills + Good knowledge of local plant material + Skills in hand drawn graphics and rendering + Knowledge of construction/hardscape materials and estimating a plus **Physical Demands/Requirements:** + Constant operation of a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as calculator, photocopier, and computer printer + Position is sedentary; must be able to remain in a stationary position for a majority of time + Ability to maintain, in your possession at all times, required medications to address any known allergic reactions should they occur **Work Environment:** + This role will either be remote or be based in an office environment. **_BrightView Landscapes, LLC is an Equal Opportunity and E-Verify Employer._** **_This job description is subject to change at any time._** **_BrightView offers a suite or health, wellness, and financial benefits to full-time team members.
