The Role
As Designer at Contagious, you'll be the creative force behind our visual communications, working within our Creative Services team to deliver standout design across our Intelligence, Advisory, Events and Learning products.
Your sharp eye for detail and strong sense of craft will help us produce materials that demand attention, convey clear messages, and strengthen the Contagious brand. You'll translate creative strategy into compelling communications with originality, clarity and consistency.
What You'll Do
Create engaging visual designs across digital and print that maintain brand consistency while pushing creative boundariesDesign marketing collateral including newsletters, social media assets, and event materialsSupport Content, Advisory and Sales teams with high-quality presentations and branded materialsTransform complex ideas into simple, striking visuals with strong conceptual foundationsProvide creative input during campaign planning, shaping ideas from a design perspectiveCollaborate across departments to fulfill design needs throughout Contagious and the wider LIONS DivisionContribute to brand guidelines, templates and design systems developmentPresent multiple design routes with confident rationalePrepare final assets correctly for production across channelsChampion inclusive, representative design reflecting diverse perspectivesQualificationsWhat You'll Bring
Previous experience in a professional design roleA portfolio showcasing creative, effective design across digital, print and social channelsProficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially InDesign, Illustrator and PhotoshopExperience with Premiere Pro and After Effects (desirable)PowerPoint expertise for client presentations; Figma experience beneficialStrong understanding of typography, layout, color and compositionAbility to develop concept-led design solutions aligned with brand strategyExperience working within and evolving established visual identitiesExcellent organization skills and ability to manage multiple projectsClear communication skills and confidence presenting ideasCollaborative, proactive approach with strong creative judgmentCurrent knowledge of design trends and the wider creative industryCommitment to inclusive, representative designEven if you don't meet every requirement, we encourage you to apply.
