Overview Reporting to: Design Director Team One is looking for a highly creative, self-motivated Designer to join our close-knit, collaborative and growing Design/Content group http://www.teamone-usa.design. Within our larger full-service integrated agency, you will participate in all stages of the creative process to conceptualize and create work. In addition to working closely with our Design Director, you’ll collaborate with other designers, strategists, copywriters, and account teams across the agency. Successful candidates will have a portfolio of work showcasing a range of design skills through logo design, brand guideline creation, identity system applications, and look/feel development. You must be a motivated self-starter with meticulous attention to detail (from concepting to production). You must be proficient in all up-to-date software and have an efficient work flow that optimizes ideation opportunities while minimizing workflow inefficiencies. You must possess strong communication skills, as you will need to liaise and collaborate on a daily basis with other creatives, project managers, account leads and clients. Responsibilities Specific Duties: Develop conceptual ideas and turn them into tangible design solutions on a wide range of projects (logo design, identity systems, packaging, business application systems, collateral/print, environmental applications, websites, digital executions, mobile apps, advertising, etc.) Optimize and maintain an efficient workflow to maximize conceptual thinking and minimize technical inefficiencies Work with production designers to create print-ready mechanical files Assist in conceptualizing photoshoots, motion graphics, illustration needs, etc. ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Work closely with Design Director, graphic designers, art directors, producers, and other team members to ensure a cohesive and impactful visual approach. Manage and prioritize a workload of multiple projects from concept to completion Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies to continuously improve skills and processes. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Arts, or a related field 3+ years of design experience. Strong portfolio that demonstrates beautiful and strategic creative solutions Solid design fundamentals: typography, composition, color, layout, and relentless attention to detail. Experience in brand building and establishing a strong visual platform Experience in designing for digital, print, experiential Conceptual thinker with the ability to express ideas and rationale Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively within both a team environment and with clients. Strong presentation skills Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and quality. Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and timelines. Familiarity with designing for video and still assets for a range of social media platforms (IG, FB, X, Tiktok, etc.) to meet their visual requirements. Entrepreneurial, self-starter spirit, helps to identify creative opportunities for the agency. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), Figma, AI Additional information Location: Position is based out of our LA or NY offices. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
