**Description**
The Designer of Creative will help to drive end to end creative design and execution for a category, including development of 360 campaigns across multiple platforms to support overall brand strategy and product positioning.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
+ Support retouching & layout/image production as needed, ensuring excellence and consistency across all work.
+ Support concepting, research, art direction, and execution of compelling creative storytelling across print and digital platforms. This includes but is not limited to hero ad, hero film, in-store, digital, print, store/event concepts, video, collateral, etc.
+ Create presentation decks to present concepts to photographers/directors, and for internal meetings.
+ Present to and collaborate directly with Director and senior level creatives.
+ Collaborate with Director to develop thoughtful, innovative 360 concepts across print and digital in line with brand strategy and campaign needs.
+ Partner closely with Director to understand 360 campaign needs.
+ Partner with Production team to make sure all assets responsible for accounted for during post-production, and with Operations team to ensure on time asset delivery.
+ Maintain brand strategy, identity, and consistency of TOM FORD BEAUTY
**Qualifications**
+ Position requires 2-3 years professional experience in a creative environment.
+ College degree in Creative Arts, Art Director, Design or related field.
+ Experience working in beauty, skincare, an/or fashion is a plus.
+ Must be aware of current fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and art/media trends.
+ Drive for innovation and disruption with cosmetic and luxury mindset (a plus)
+ Strong layout and typography skills
+ Must have substantial knowledge of print production including layouts, retouching post, image proofing
+ Basic After Effects & Animation skill and editing skills using Premiere is a plus.
+ Awareness of emerging technologies. Proactively seeks diversification of knowledge, skills and abilities.
+ Global mindset with a positive attitude
+ Excellent written and verbal communications, strong presentation skills, ability to personally organize and set priorities. Must be able to interface with Marketing, Consumer Engagement, Merchandising, Packaging, and Store Design departments.
+ Must be organized and capable of handling numerous projects in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment.
+ Must be a responsible self-starter and be able to work with minimum supervision.
+ Must be able to work from the NYC office
**Pay Range:**
The anticipated base salary range for this position is **$62,400.00** **to** **$93,250.00** **.** Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
