QUALIFICATIONS
· Must hold a Pharmacist license in Ontario, in good standing with the OCP.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in a hospital or sterile compounding setting.
· Proven leadership experience in pharmacy operations.
· Strong understanding of OCP regulations and sterile compounding standards.
· Experience with regulatory inspections, audits, and compliance reporting.
· Business acumen and experience in client-facing or business development roles.
· Excellent communication, organizational, and problem solving skills.
· Proven ability to lead teams, manage talent, and drive professional development.
· Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and deliver results efficiently.
· Ability to stay informed and ensure that the business adapts to and complies with evolving regulatory changes.
ADDITIONAL SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES
· Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross functional teams, particularly in a healthcare setting.
· Expertise in Ontario College of Pharmacists' standards and sterile compounding regulations.
· Proficiency in optimizing pharmacy operations to improve quality, cost-effectiveness, and efficiency.
· Ability to adopt and integrate new technologies, including those for automated compounding or dispensing, and track their effectiveness.
· Must be available to work on site and flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
· Occasional travel to Markham, Kitchener, and other business related locations as necessary.
