Job Title: Design Services Sample Administrator Location: Port Neches, Texas Compensation: $24/Hour Contractor Work Model: Onsite Hours: Tues/Wed/Thurs to start Beginning 9/8/2025, schedule shifts to Mon–Thurs (4-day work week)/ 8 hours/day Job Description: + Prepare and assemble hard copy submittals and product requests + Print, compile, bind, and package sample documents and materials + Manage shipping logistics including preparing UPS labels and tracking communication + Gather, inventory, and restock product samples and general office supplies + Maintain and organize production room, including light lifting (under 25 lbs) + Dispose of outdated inventory and maintain clean, functional work areas + Perform data entry in Salesforce and Google Drive + Update and lightly maintain internal team documents and project folders Qualifications: Required: + Strong organizational skills + Excellent time management + High level of professionalism + Keen attention to detail + Clear and professional communication skills + Ability to work independently Preferred: + Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive) + Experience operating small office machines (e.g., printers, copiers) + Accurate typing skills + Basic problem-solving ability System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé, ALTA IT Services, and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
