The base pay for this position is $23.00 per hour.
Who We Are:
Our dedicated B2C Design Services team delivers creative custom solutions for design projects across Wayfair brands. Whether the customer is a corporate office client, a national property management firm, or a large hospitality group, we have the resources to create a space that matches their vision, budget, and timeline. As a Part-Time Design Services Worker, you will build relationships with customers to drive Wayfair’s cabinetry services. By providing an excellent top-of-funnel experience, you will help qualify potential clients and schedule them for consultations with our expert design team, directly contributing to our sales and growth objectives. This role is perfect for a self-starter with an interest in design and a passion for customer service.
What You’ll Do:
+ Drive cabinetry lead volume by taking ownership of the top of funnel customer experience
+ Connect with customers via phone calls, text messages, and emails to learn more about their cabinetry project, help them answer any initial questions about the design process, and get them scheduled with one of our expert cabinetry designers
+ Inform the broader cabinetry scheduling strategy as we look to scale lead volume and capture more interested customers
What You’ll Need:
Basic Qualifications:
+ Current student or recent graduate with an undergraduate degree in Interior Design or a relevant discipline with a 3.0 GPA minimum
+ Ability to commit to working 20 hours/week (majority allocated to the weekend)
+ You must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship by Wayfair now or in the future
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Proficiency in Google Suite
+ Additional proficiency in Bluebeam Revu and Salesforce / Salesloft is a plus
+ Sales experience in a retail environment preferred
+ Creative mindset with ability to demonstrate an understanding of basic design principles and execute on the customer's vision
+ Knowledge of furniture, finishes and materials within the Interior Design industry
+ Ability to work with a cohesive team and maintain a positive, enthusiastic attitude is key!
+ Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment & consistently look for ways to think outside-the-box
+ Orientation for detail, while learning and working at a fast pace
+ Genuine desire to learn, ask questions, and gain as much experience as possible (be a sponge)
+ Self-motivated; takes initiative, must be proactive and figure things out on your own
+ Able to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously (staying organized)
