Purpose of Position To ensure MEP systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire safety) are technically sound, coordinated, and integrated with civil and architectural works. Major Responsibilities

• Review and validate all MEP designs and BOQs.
• Check for energy efficiency, safety, and compliance with codes.
• Ensure smooth integration of services into towers and bungalows.
• Approve design changes during execution.
• Support testing and commissioning of systems.

 

Qualification and Experience Graduate of Electrical/Mechanical Engineering masters preferably in Electrical/ Mechanical engineering with 15 years of experience in designing Residential /Commercial / institutional buildings. Skills & Qualities: Deep knowledge of MEP design and site execution. Strong coordination with civil/architectural teams. Awareness of sustainability and efficiency practices. Proactive problem-solving mindset. Excellent interpersonal skills Should have good leadership abilities and skills. Should be able to manage a team under him. Should have a pleasing personality Good communication skills.
