We make products for the data center, utility, industrial, commercial, machine building, residential, aerospace and mobility markets. **What you’ll do:** Exhibits expertise in new product design quality control skills, to make sure developing products well managed under full evaluation and product performance had been qualified before launching Coordinates customer and manufacturing quality issue; figure out solution on how to improve the design and validation standard in the design phase Manage the UPS design quality control including design review, design issues review, design delivery check and engineering change review etc Perform the FAI including electrical test, inner quality check and submit the FAI report for KA customer Hold the meeting to discuss the risky issue, to verify the severity and track the status Maintain the design and test standard according to the customer complaint and key production issue Analyze on siet and application environment continuously. Assess verification method to enhance desing quality control process and tools Check the other fucntion test report and report in CFR Check engineering CO quality to guarantee the change quality **Qualifications:** Bachelor's Degree 3 years Expert in product’s design, test standard.
