Design Quality Engineer

In this role, you will collaborate with Engineering and Advanced Operations to help define design requirements and develop manufacturing processes that support **new product development projects** . You will join a team responsible for leading risk management activities, ensuring the highest level of product and process quality! **What You Will Do:** + Help create and organize documentation used to support product development and approvals. + Assist with improving company processes by finding ways to make things clearer or more efficient. + Support risk assessments by helping identify potential issues and how to reduce them. + Work with engineers, designers, and other teams to support product and process design. + Help plan and run product testing to make sure it meets design and safety standards. + Join team discussions to talk through potential risks and how to solve them. + Support the hand-off of new products to manufacturing by preparing files and materials. + Assist with reviewing product designs, inspection steps, and quality checks. + Help collect and analyze feedback on early product performance in the field. **What You Need:** **Required:** + ​​Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline. + 0+ years’ experience in engineering. **Preferred:** + Internship or hands-on experience in engineering, quality assurance or manufacturing within a regulated industry. + Understanding of engineering and quality concepts/theories. + Knowledge of Risk Based and statistical concepts. 79,500.00 - 123,500.00 salary plus bonus eligible + generally eligible for short-term and long-term financial incentives + benefits.  Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
