Job Description

The Project Manager plays a crucial role in managing both equipment design and manufacturing. In this position the Project Manager will work with customers and the internal design team to provide solutions to client needs. They'll help identify those needs, create solutions that meet client expectations, and will be responsible for executing the correct solution with support from the design team. This role requires outstanding communication, organizational, and multitasking skills, along with attention to detail and a customer-centric approach.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Use conceptual design skills to communicate with customers and colleagues about equipment solutionsVisit customer sites to review client needs in detail and inspect/evaluate existing processesWork with the internal design team to complete necessary project documentation (diagrams & drawings)Coordinate and manage the execution of equipment design and manufacturing of customized equipment customers Work with internal team to create accurate estimates for the creation of sales proposalsWork with contractors, vendors, clients to successfully complete projectsProvide on-site supervision, as needed, during installation of equipment Support the Sales team by being available for client calls and site visits to review sales opportunities identified by the sales teamHelp with documenting existing Equipment Design Processes and StandardsWork with Management, Design and Sales teams to create an innovative solutions providing environment

Skills & Qualifications

5-7 years of equipment design and manufacturing experienceExcellent customer service skills with a focus on building and maintaining positive relationshipsStrong attention to detail and dedication to accuracy Ability to become proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Access, Outlook, Excel) and Equipment Design Software. Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and prioritize responsibilities to meet deadlinesAbility to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive informationAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing roles and responsibilities

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $85000.00/hr.
