Our client, a leading organization in the **manufacturing and engineering sector** , is seeking a **detail-oriented and highly organized Design Process Management Coordinator (Document Control)** to join their Project Management Division.
This role is ideal for professionals with **hands-on experience in engineering document control, CAD systems (CATIA V5/V6), and drawing release processes** , who enjoy working in fast-paced, project-driven environments and supporting multiple engineering teams.
As part of the **Design Process Management (DPM) group** , you will play a critical role in supporting **every project** the organization delivers, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across design documentation and configuration control.
**What You’ll Be Doing**
+ Accurately register, track, and release **engineering design drawings** using **CATIA V5 & V6 platforms**
+ Troubleshoot CAD system issues and support continuous improvement in **design process efficiency**
+ Control and distribute new and revised drawings to appropriate internal stakeholders
+ Manage **Engineering Change Notices (ECNs)** and drawing release processes using tools such as **Office programs, PDF, Navision, NEWS, and 3DX**
+ Support **BoM creation, part number confirmation, and configuration control**
+ Contribute to **design process improvement initiatives** and ensure adherence to engineering standards
+ Provide administrative and coordination support to **multiple engineering and project teams**
**What We’re Looking For**
+ **3–5 years of experience** in document control, design process management, or project coordination
+ Background in a **manufacturing or engineering environment**
+ Exposure to **CAD systems** , with **CATIA V5 and/or V6** experience strongly preferred
+ Experience with **drawing release, ECNs, and configuration management**
+ Familiarity with **BoM creation, part number control, and production flow**
+ Strong proficiency in **Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint** (Microsoft Project is a plus)
+ Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills
+ Ability to work independently, meet critical deadlines, and collaborate with diverse teams
