Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Design Manager responsible for the design quality and coordination of design between different design streams.

Your role

Assist in developing architecture design style.Managing the design by creative approach and aesthetic design. Responsible to deliver various architectural design types: residential, commercial, public, healthcare, educational, etc.Strong ability to prepare, develop and edit drawings and presentations.Qualitative architectural design review, comment, and recommendation Draft comprehensive architectural sets from concept until detailed design documentsDevelop and review architectural asset briefsPrepare SoW, specifications, reports and related data tables.Take initiative to develop design manuals, standard design documentsTechnical detailing and construction administration experienceResearch on new technologies and trends

About you

20+ years post undergraduate of outstanding architectural design and management experienceDesign experience in various architectural types: residential, commercial, public, healthcare, educational, etc.Experience in Middle East is highly appreciated B.Arch or B.Sc, in Architecture from a recognized universityPostgraduate In ArchitectureInternational Accreditations (RIBA, AIA, or equivalent)Sustainability Certification (LEED, PQP, or equivalent)Project Management Certification – PMP, PRINCE2 or similar
