This 12 month fixed term Design Manager opportunity will be a key lead on George Home Trend Direction, Lead print/pattern vision for the wider George Home team and be responsible for coordinated bedding category developing collections in collaboration with the wider Home design team.

Your RoleYou will be a key lead in concepting, delivering and engaging the wider design and commercial teams in the trend direction for the season ahead.You will be the print lead for the wider team developing key looks by trend to flow into wider categories.As a design manager, you will lead the product vision to design, develop inspire and engage with your bedding category team members, wider design team peers and build external relationships with our supply partners to deliver commercial ranges to meet our customer and market requirementsConfidently lead the design critical path of the department to ensure timely delivery of samples, taking full accountability for the product development of the category from initial concept through to final product aligning with seasonal trends and the brand DNA.Management development of one design assistant.
