**Description**
+ Program owner, providing guidelines, assets and assistance to markets
+ VM expert, manage communication with markets and regional vendors to ensure excellent execution of programs, new door openings and displayer updates
+ Problem solver, provide design solutions to ensure high standard & quality work for the region
RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Adapt global programs for regional relevancy in collaboration with regional marketing team.
+ Develop and implement product launch collaterals & support all regional programs including counter testers, display props, design specifications & guidelines.
+ Provide support and guidance on merchandising planograms and point⁃of⁃sales (POS) development.
+ Space planning for product launches and special events.
+ Liaise with suppliers to provide creative and technical support for production.
+ Develop and strengthen vendor's ability to meet brand's standards and expectations.
+ Follow⁃up on project status and timeline control.
+ Assist in creative support for all Regional Conferences and workshops.
**Qualifications**
+ Proficiency utilizing In-Design, Adobe illustrator, Photoshop, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
+ Excellent interpersonal skills.
+ Excellent organizational, time-management skills required.
+ Strong written, oral communication and presentation skills.
+ Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with a high level of detail.
