Overview We’re seeking a seasoned Designer to oversee and coordinate our digital design efforts within the Performance Team. This senior role is key to ensuring consistent, high-quality creative output across integrated digital assets — including display ads, paid social media, in-app communications, newsletters, and website elements. You will provide strategic creative direction, mentor a team of talented designers, and collaborate closely with copywriters, project managers, media specialists, and the wider creative team to deliver innovative and effective campaign solutions. Responsibilities Creative Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of digital designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. Provide strategic creative direction and ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Project Oversight: Coordinate the workflow and priorities of the design team, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality digital assets. Review and refine design outputs, ensuring consistency, quality, and performance standards across all projects. Collaboration: Work closely with copywriters, project managers, media specialists and creative directors to integrate design with overall campaign strategies. Act as a liaison between the design team and clients, understanding their vision and translating it into compelling creative solutions. Quality Assurance: Oversee the final design execution, ensuring all creative work is optimized for digital performance and adheres to industry standards. Implement processes for regular review and quality control to maintain design consistency across all channels. Stay abreast of the latest digital design trends, tools, and best practices, incorporating these insights to continuously elevate the team’s output. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in digital design, with a robust portfolio that showcases integrated digital campaigns across various channels. Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and collaborating with diverse teams. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, Figma, or similar design tools. Strong understanding of digital advertising, UI/UX principles, and performance-driven design. Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
