About the Role:

Airswift is currently seeking an experienced Design Lead to join a high-performing project team responsible for delivering large-scale, multi-disciplinary infrastructure developments. This role plays a key part in supporting the Design Coordination Lead by managing design files, site surveys, and 3D models across integrated project packages.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain a fully integrated site-wide 3D model to support project planning and execution. Conduct scoping, scenario planning, and data integrity checks to ensure accuracy and reliability of design inputs. Coordinate with various design disciplines to ensure consistency and alignment across deliverables. Manage and validate survey data and design inputs to support construction and implementation phases. Requirements: Proven experience as a 3D Modeller in infrastructure or construction projects. Proficiency in Navisworks and 12D design software. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex data sets. Demonstrated experience in the mining or gold sector is highly desirable. Only candidates with Australian Permanent Residency or a valid Australian Working Visa will be considered.
