You’ll get hands-on experience with brand and promotional design, contributing to campaigns that reach millions. Reporting to a Design Lead, you’ll collaborate with an integrated creative and marketing team while learning how design drives business results. Responsibilities + Support the team in creating assets for campaigns across digital, social, and onsite platforms + Adapt concepts into layouts while maintaining quality and consistency + Follow brand guidelines while bringing fresh ideas to the table + Proof and prepare final artwork for approval + Collaborate with designers, marketers, and other stakeholders + Stay curious and explore new tools, trends, and ways of working + Contribute positively to team culture with openness and adaptability Qualifications + Currently studying or recently graduated in design (graphic, communication, visual, or similar) + Portfolio showcasing layout, colour, typography, and composition skills + Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Figma/Sketch experience required + Interest in digital platforms, social media design, and emerging trends + Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects + Experience with Kanban boards or agile delivery is a plus + Fluent in English What We Offer + Work on live briefs seen by millions in the UK + Office space in the heart of London + Mentorship from experienced designers + Opportunities to develop skills through feedback and training + Monthly team events, drinks, and snacks Why Join?
