This role supports the corporate design team under the guidance of the Global Director, Design Experience & Special Projects, contributing to a wide range of initiatives that bring style, culture, and innovation to life across our properties.

**The Role**
As a Design Experience & Projects Specialist, you’ll assist in the development and execution of design initiatives that enhance the personality and image of our brand. You’ll collaborate with property Design Managers, conduct creative research, support design development, and help produce compelling presentations and project materials.
**Key Responsibilities**
Support property Design Managers with sourcing, concept development, and drawing assistance.
Conduct market research to inform project and design briefs; assist in formatting and creating briefs.
Create visually engaging decks for project presentations.
Maintain a database of creative collaborators and activation ideas, drawing from a passion for art and culture.
Contribute to design development, mood boards, and style direction for projects.
Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and contribute across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
**Qualifications:**
**Required Qualifications**
2 years of experience in interior design, architecture, or a related creative field.
Degree in design, architecture, art, or equivalent professional experience.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and CAD.
Strong graphic presentation skills for both visual and written concepts.
Excellent research and creative communication skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Positive attitude and ability to work independently or collaboratively.
**Preferred Skills & Interests**
Experience or interest in:
Crafting, illustration, or drawing
Landscaping or lighting design
Hospitality or hotel design
Hands-on setup and furniture arrangement
SketchUp or other 3D visualization tools
Canva, ChatGPT (for visual ideation), and other visual AI tools
Strong interpersonal skills for cross-department collaboration.
_The salary range for this position is $83,125 - $91,875._
_The final pay rate/salary offered to the successful candidate will depend on experience, skill level and other qualifications for the role, as well as the location of the performance of work. Pay for the successful candidate will meet local requirements, including the local minimum wage rate_
