Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Design Engineer - Electrical to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing electrical systems for various projects, ensuring efficiency and compliance with industry standards.

Create and modify electrical designs using specialized software toolsDevelop detailed technical specifications and documentation for electrical systemsAnalyze and optimize electrical system performanceCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical designs into overall project plansEnsure compliance with local and international electrical codes and standardsConduct feasibility studies and cost estimates for electrical design projectsTroubleshoot and resolve electrical design issuesParticipate in project meetings and provide technical expertiseStay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends in electrical engineering

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field15 years of experience in electrical design engineeringProficiency in electrical design software such as AutoCAD Electrical and EPLANStrong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and industry standardsExperience with power distribution systems and control systemsFamiliarity with industrial automation processesExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple projects efficiently and meet deadlinesProfessional Engineer (PE) certification preferredWillingness to travel to project sites as neededFamiliarity with local electrical codes and regulations in Saudi Arabia is a plus
