Direct Line is headquartered in Fremont, California with additional locations in Virginia, Tennessee, North Carolina, New Mexico, the Pacific Northwest, Asia-Pacific and Europe. **What You'll Do** + Produce, manage, and track all design moves, adds and changes for the site. + Deliver and maintaining new builds, retrofits Designs for all low voltage, fiber optic cabling (ISP/OSP), network, and any supporting infrastructure. + Liaise with cross-functional partners to ensure deliverables are met during new builds and retrofits. + Coordinate with logistics partners, vendors, and suppliers to ensure a smooth end-to-end flow of materials as needed. + Develop solutions to in-field scope-gap or clash issues. + Partner with GDCC design and engineering teams to digitally support design reviews, BOM reviews, and as-built drawing validations. + Maintain existing engineering records and designs. + Attend and lead weekly Design meetings to keep all parties up to date with current projects. + Train individuals on the onboarding process when joining the Design team so they can excel their capabilities on the Design aspect **What You'll Need** + 5-7 years of design role Required + Associates or Bachelor's Preferred **Why CBRE** When you join CBRE, you become part of the global leader in commercial real estate services and investment that helps businesses and people thrive.
