The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Autodesk's BIM 360 platform and will be responsible for developing and managing detailed 3D models for our construction and design projects. **What You'll Do** • Create, update, and maintain detailed BIM models using the BIM 360 platform. • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction professionals to integrate their designs into a unified model. • Ensure models are up-to-date and reflect the most recent design and construction changes. • Implement BIM standards and development procedures within the organization. • Coordinate and resolve any conflicts that may arise from the integration of various models. • Utilize BIM 360's collaboration tools to streamline communication among project stakeholders. • Train and mentor junior staff on BIM 360 techniques and best practices. • Conduct regular model reviews for accuracy and quality control. • Assist in the extraction of data for scheduling, cost estimation, and other construction needs. • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in BIM technology. **What You'll Need** • Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 experience with BIM and Autodesk's BIM 360 platform. 2-3 years Data Center experience is desirable. • Strong technical skills and a keen eye for detail. • Proficiency with other relevant software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD). • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Familiarity with industry standards and best practices related to BIM. **Why CBRE** When you join CBRE, you become part of the global leader in commercial real estate services and investment that helps businesses and people thrive.
