We have an exciting opportunity for an energetic and enthusiastic CSE Design (Draftsman) who will performs transactional, high-volume tasks and provides engineering drawings. This work is driven by quality and measured via service-level agreements.  

What will you do?

BIM solutions for Standard and Customized Engineering Models & Drawings (Shop Drawings, Car, Signalization) for Tender and Order ProjectsDelivers 2D and 3D presentations / design drawings / Models for High Demanding projectsIdentifies changes in market and technology environment and drives changes to solutions and ways of working in BIM EngineeringCreates roadmaps manages progress on BIM Project in CSEAttend and Host weekly coordination meetings with Stake holdersMonitoring and reviewing of each system design to meet/fulfill the customer requirement.Responsible for resolving Clashes between KONE Elevator, Escalators against MEP, architecture and structure models.Compile data and perform elementary designs from Supply line models and edit as per customers’ needs.Collects inputs and provide standardization opportunities in BIM EngineeringProvides technical consultancy to Sales and CustomersParticipates in pricing, pre-tender reviews to ensure solution and Project costs for BIM activities to meets Customer BEP requirements.Ensures compliant deployment of engineering policy, local codes and standardsProvides high-quality inputs and outputs to stakeholdersProvides solutions where full lifecycle management and Maintainability are considered.Active contribution to further develop Customer Solutions Engineering capabilities in BIMEnsure Competitive solutions on each early engagement case as per sales requirementsFacilitates Information sharing and creates collaborative working environmentDrives competence development in the team as a knowledge sharer

Are you the one?

Bachelor degree in mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering.Candidate with minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in BIM Engineering.Proficient in BIM Life Cycle and its Process.Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Dynamo, Navis works and Other BIM Tools.Good knowledge on Revit with Python and other Programming language is an Asset.Proficient with MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.Excellent communication skills in English languageExcellent collaboration skills and capability to team-work with people from different cultural backgrounds.Capability for analytical thinking and focus on details - distinguishes between important information and irrelevant or minor details.Ability to work with global colleagues considering different time zones, language competences and differences in working culture.Excellent technical understanding of elevator, escalator and Advanced People Flow solutions that meet the customer expectations is considered a plus.
