Job Title: Design Consultant Location: Ship Bottom, New Jersey Type: Direct Hire Compensation: $65,000 annually Contractor Work Model: Onsite Hours: 8:00 AM-4:30 PM Monday-Friday. An occasional Sunday may be required. Sundays will not be a full 8 hour work day. Design Consultant Job Duties: + Attend client meetings and record notes, decisions, and action items in an accurate, organized manner + Prepare and distribute documentation, proposals, and follow-up communications after client meetings + Support the Director of Sales and Operations with administrative tasks and project coordination + Maintain and update project records, spreadsheets, and client files + Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and schedules for clients and internal teams + Serve as a professional, personable point of contact for clients throughout the process + Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are understood and met + Work occasional Saturdays as needed to support client schedules Design Consultant Job Requirements: + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred + Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required) + Exceptional organizational and time management skills + Excellent written and verbal communication skills + Professional, polished presence when working with high-end clientele + Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment + Experience in design, architecture, or related fields is a plus but not required System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé, ALTA IT Services, and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
