The Design & Construction Program Coordinator supports JLL's project management teams in India by coordinating various aspects of design and construction projects, ensuring efficient workflow and communication between stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate project documentation, schedules, and reporting for design and construction projectsFacilitate communication between clients, design teams, contractors, and JLL project managersMaintain project management systems and ensure proper documentationAssist with tracking budgets, timelines, and deliverablesCoordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute minutesSupport the preparation of presentations and reports for clients and stakeholdersMaintain organized project files and recordsAssist with vendor management and procurement processesSupport quality assurance protocols and project closeout proceduresQualifications
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field2-4 years of experience in construction, real estate, or related industryKnowledge of construction processes, documentation, and terminologyProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management softwareStrong organizational skills with attention to detailExcellent communication skills in English (additional Indian languages beneficial)Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of local building codes and regulations preferredSound like you? You should have earned a degree in engineering, ideally, having seven to ten years of experience in relevant domain. We’ll also expect you to work as a part of a diverse team in both leadership and individual contributor expertise.
