The role will provide key strategic support to the Global Site Production Manager for all global design and construction projects supporting global Meeting & Event spaces. This pivotal role will assist with designing and implementing bar-raising standards while orchestrating complex project timelines across multiple regions as well as building and nurturing critical stakeholder relationships to ensure seamless delivery of all projects.

Primary Duties / Essential job Functions
Conduct comprehensive analyses of customer data on a regular basis to update forecasting for Meeting and Event space requirements, ensuring accurate predictions of future location needs and optimal sizingEstablish and maintain a stakeholder database within Global Design and Construction teams, facilitating seamless communication and ensuring 100% visibility across all M&E projectsSupport the Global Site Production Manager to drive team initiatives, implement best practices, and contribute to the achievement of strategic goals and key performance indicatorsAttend and own project meetings with D&C stakeholders, documenting discussions, action items, and decisions through comprehensive notes and trackers for team visibility and alignmentThink Big and assist in developing additional forecasting models by identifying and integrating additional key data points to strategically expand and optimize the M&E portfolioEssential Knowledge and Skills:
Advanced proficiency in architectural documentation systems (CAD, DWG, PDF) and technical drawing interpretationExpert-level command of Microsoft Office Suite applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)Strong business mathematics capabilities, including financial analysis, percentages, and profit/loss calculationsProfessional-level English language competency in both written and verbal communicationStrong leadership and strategic thinking, with proven ability to drive projects and foster collaborative environmentsExcellent communication skills, encompassing verbal, written, and interpersonal interactions, with strong grammar and proofreading abilitiesAdept at working independently, setting priorities, and meeting deadlines while managing multiple responsibilitiesSkilled in process assessment and improvement, with a talent for identifying and implementing organizational enhancementsDemonstrated problem-solving capabilities and strategic decision-making in complex business contextsProven expertise in process optimization and organizational design, including development of standard operating proceduresResults-driven problem solver with strong execution skills and enthusiasm for project successExceptional multitasking capabilities, demonstrated through successful management of concurrent projectsMeticulous attention to detail in communications, documentation, reporting and project deliveryPreferred Experience/Qualifications:
Comprehensive corporate event management expertise, including both onsite and offsite execution, with deep understanding of attendee and employee workflowsAdvanced proficiency with Meeting Management technology platforms and digital collaboration toolsProven track record of effectively engaging diverse stakeholders, from technical specialists to executive leadership3+ years of experience working in the meetings/events industry6+ years’ experience in design and construction5+ years’ experience in facilities managementEducation:
4-year college degree or equivalent work experience
Travel Requirements:
Position involves up to 30% domestic and/or international travel, as necessary.
