Job DescriptionThe purpose of this role is assisting the Eurofins BioPharma Product Testing Design & Construction Team with daily administrative functions and office duties. Responsibilities include:
Ability to utilize Microsoft Office software and specialty software packagesStrong computer skillsStrong organization skillsWilling to learn new tasks as assignedAbility to prioritize work on several concurrent activitiesAbility to communicate professionally with both written and oral techniquesCommunicates effectively with internal and external contactsManage project equipment/supply orders and invoicingManage department credit card reconciliation and cross-charge reportsCapture and transcribe notes and action items from project meetingsCommunicates effectively with client staff membersConducts all activities in a safe and efficient mannerPerforms other duties as assignedQualificationsBasic Minimum Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent requiredAuthorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorshipPreferred Qualifications:
