At CGI, we are looking for a Full Stack CMS Developer to work on an international project.
Requirements:
- Technician, technologist, or professional in computer science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- Conversational English level (B2 or higher)
- 9+ years of full-stack development experience
- Strong command of C#, .NET Core, and Razor
- Experience with Optimizely CMS (Content Management System)
- Extensive experience with React and CMS platforms
- Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Experience with SQL and database design
- Proven experience with Azure cloud services and architecture
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, particularly with two-week sprint cadences
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, efficient, and reliable software applications using .NET Core, C#, Razor, and React
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features
- Contribute to architectural decisions and help drive technical direction
- Work with senior developers on designing and developing applications, systems, and software for on-premises and cloud environments
- Implement comprehensive testing strategies, including unit testing, integration testing, system testing, and smoke testing
- Support the resolution of user acceptance testing (UAT) and quality assurance (QA) defects
- Recommend and apply software improvements to ensure strong functionality and optimization
- Provide support and help resolve Severity 1 issues and manage support tickets for Severity 2 and 3
- Manage service-level agreements (SLAs) for all services
- Assist with documentation and maintain design documentation, including solution diagrams, flowcharts, checklists, migration plans, and basic solution documentation
- Mentor junior developers and promote best practices within the team
- Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
Nice to Have:
- Experience with microservices architecture
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with additional front-end frameworks (e.g., Angular, Vue.js)
