Position: Second Line Sales Manager
A leading multinational pharmaceutical company is seeking a highly capable Dermatology Second Line Manager to oversee and drive the performance of its dermatology and cosmeceutical portfolio across the Greater Cairo region. The role involves leading and developing First Line Managers and their teams, ensuring effective execution of business strategies, and achieving sales and market share objectives.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and develop First Line Managers and their field teams to achieve business targets.
Oversee the implementation of sales and marketing strategies for the dermatology and cosmeceutical portfolio.
Monitor regional performance, analyze market trends, and identify growth opportunities.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and dermatology KOLs.
Ensure proper execution of promotional activities and alignment with brand strategy.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, medical, and supply chain teams to support business plans.
Provide accurate forecasting, reporting, and insights to senior management.
Requirements✔ Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Veterinary Medicine
✔ 5–7 years of experience as a First Line Manager in a multinational company, or as a Second Line Manager in a major Egyptian pharmaceutical company
✔ Proven dermatology therapeutic area experience within the Greater Cairo region
✔ Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills
✔ Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities
