Join us at Colas Rail and lead the T&C activities for one of Egypt’s most dynamic rail projects. Key Responsibilities + Lead and implement the T&C strategy and schedule + Supervise teams, subcontractors, and third-party specialists + Coordinate with engineering, construction, and quality teams + Review and approve test procedures and documentation + Ensure compliance with safety standards and contractual obligations + Manage punch lists, defect rectification, and system handover + Act as the client interface during T&C phases Qualifications + Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related field + 8+ years in DEQ, with 5+ years in T&C management + Strong knowledge of DEQ systems, construction processes, and international standards (IEC, IEEE, NFPA, ISO) + Fluent in Arabic & English; French is a plus What We’re Looking For + Proven leadership and stakeholder management + Excellent planning, coordination, and communication skills + Commitment to safety, quality, and deadlines + Ability to work under pressure and drive results Ready to make an impact?
