Job Description:

   

As the Deputy Security Officer, you are working with our central Security Officer into the Trust Office of HPE France for managing all aspects of French regulations around PSDN (Protection du Secret de la Defense de la Nation).


Your Missions

Responsible for protecting the company's global assets and interests which include personnel, property/operations, products, brandManage Compliance with French regulations (IGI1300, IM900, II901)Be the interlocutor of customers’ Security Officer to build and follow Security Aspects LetterThis role covers also security awareness of employees in line with PSDNSupport homologations and follow-up of secured Information Systems or areas (DR, ZP, ATAP, ATAI)Manage all administrative documentations required by French Authorities for clearance or control of employees (CPR)Work with HPE Safety responsible to align corporate rules with local regulation and requirementsEvaluate security partnerships to provide complete solutions in line with PSDN or PPSTN rulesPromote HPE Security Solutions to customers with respect of local regulation and sovereign angle.Develops the company's policy and regulatory objectives after analysing potential impact of French/European laws and regulations on the company and identifying potential solutions.

Education and Experience Required: 

Qualified at a minimum of Engineer’s degree level10+ years’ experience in Defense Security EnvironmentSome certifications such as CISSP


Skills and expertise:

Knowledge of French PSDN (IGI1300, IM900, II901) and LPM or PPSTN requirementsPrevious experience as OS or OSSI Technical background (IT or Cybersecurity)Has excellent speaking and writing skills with proven capability to represent the companyFluent in English and French

Specific skills sought

Knowledge of sovereign requirements/solutions including SecNumCloud V3.2Experience in projects aligned with ANSSI publications (i.e. “Protection de l’information sensible et Diffusion Restreinte” documentation)Safety; site and facilities securityExpertise in Defense sector or government affairs, public relationsThis position requires also eligibility for clearance by recognized authorities in respect of IGI1300
