Job Description:
Discover the business opportunities and meet the concerned customers at all levels to establish good relationships. Generate New Customers & Enquiries Sales Planning (Define Sales processes, policies and strategies) & its Execution Define and monitor sales targets Track all Sales Activities, conduct shop floor trials and share value proposition to customer Basic Customer Support & Coordination with Support Team Growth through various business opportunities & by providing valuable suggestions Customer Requirement Understanding & Sign off in case of new solution Customer Engagement, Entertainment & Knowledge Sharing Handle distributors as well as appoint new distributors or resellers Can courtesy visits to potential customers Monitor competitive activity and report significant developments to management Maintain a good relationship with distributors and support to boost the businessSkills Required
Degree/diploma holder in the plastic/polymer industry - 2 to 5 years, B.Sc. with chemistry - 5 to 8 years, Experience in Release agent or additive selling will be preferable. Experience in the composite industry and Rubber industry Related experience of FRP Excellent skills of Sales & Marketing, Communication, Leadership & Management Opportunity to work with remote locations Candidate, must be ready to travel anywhere in the country
