Job DescriptionDevelop and Implement Key Account/Channel (Morden Trade) sales for Bosch Home Appliances for the allocated accounts as well as expand distribution network by opening new stores / channelsManage sellout tools – schemes, sales promotions, promoters and provide strategic sales leadershipCreate and implement an effective distribution expansion strategy to grow Bosch business in IndonesiaProvide the planning and leadership to the Promoters by ensuring that the appropriate structures, systems, competencies and values are developed to meet the Business PlanQualificationsBachelor's DegreeMaster's Degree in Business or Marketing is an added bonusWorked in an international company in a sales or business development function, preferably in the Domestic Appliances industry or Consumer Electronics min 7-10 yearsExposure to Mordern Trade channel is a must.
