Main Tasks and Responsibilities (Key Accountabilities)

Assists the Project Manager (Exporting Entity) in a day-to-day relationship with the Customer and the End User NOTE: the contractual relationship remains under the exporting Entity responsibilityAlerts the Project Manager on the concerns and requirements of the Customer and the End UserSupports the Project Manager in understanding Customer’s and End User needs.Assists the Project Manager during the regular Project Management Review held in Customers’ facilities.Technical support e.g., but not limited to Site Survey, Site Readiness Review and Site activities.Site Management to secure dates of SAT. In this frame the main tacks are support of customer for inventory of the goods when arrived in site and tracking of the progress of civil works under Customer’s responsibility to schedule the Site activities in consistency with THALES installation resourcesSupport both the exporting entity and Customer on the supply chain topicsProvides to the manager all the anomalies’ reports.Escalate issues to the Project Manager where necessary.Reports sites activitiesLocal Warranty ManagementEnsure customer satisfaction during the warranty period

REQUIREMENTS

To succeed in his mission, the site manager should have a technical background on the following fields.Project managementPlanningCivil worksElectrical &Mechanical backgroundHe/She has an experience in international context.He/She is fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written, spoken and read fluencies). Speaking French will be a plus.He/She is autonomous and rigorous. He has strong interpersonal skills and is able to work within a team and to interact effectively with customers, peers and managers
