Job Description:

Ready to put management/planning and budget planning to work on marquee projects that will change the fabric of our military housing community? Would you enjoy being involved on a wide variety of management and planning tasks on complex projects? Parsons is now hiring a Project Manager / Deputy Project Manager for our rapidly expanding portfolio of projects supporting a federal agency client.   

Parsons extensive experience in this field combined with your management skills, planning knowledge and engineering techniques will propel your career forward.  In this role you will manage facility assets and investment planning for the housing enterprise; and organize, coordinate, and execute assignments.  You will manage projects for the housing program; and collaborate with individuals and groups both inside and outside the company, who are responsible for overseeing the facility asset management of the housing program.           

Responsibilities:  

Performs management tasks including development of proposals, budgets, schedules, and reporting.Develops solutions to strategically allocate federal capital resources to support the Capital Investment Plan.Forecasts budgets and formulates out-year budgets.Analyzes facility data through multiple sources and interprets data needed for facility asset planningProvides cost/benefit studies, financial analysis, and other analyses that support capital planning.Drafts and modifies Capital Investment plan.Represents the Company at conferences, seminars, meetings, etc.Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.Prepares briefings, papers, studies, and other communications as required.Apply Asset Management principles.


Qualifications:

Engineer or Architectural degreeMust be knowledgeable of Federal Budgeting ProcessMust be knowledgeable in Department of Defense housing programs, including planning, programming and managing assets10+ years of related work experienceMinimum 5 years’ management experienceProven ability for performing in a lead capacity on a projectMinimum 5 years’ experience in capital planning and budget formulation experience for federal or commercial facilitiesHas extensive Excel skills for reviewing and managing large amounts of data; and knowledgeable about writing scripts and developing pivot tables.Has good briefing skillsGood written and oral communication skills as well as research and analytical skillsThorough understanding of local as well as Federal statutes, rules and regulations

Salary Range: $120,800.00 - $217,400.00
