We are seeking a versatile professional to lead and support various efforts across recruiting, staffing, personnel management, and associated documentation. This role will play a key part in attracting top talent, ensuring effective staffing across programs, supporting employee engagement, and maintaining accurate and compliant records. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, people-focused, and comfortable balancing strategic initiatives with day-to-day operations.\n

Position requires an active TS\/SCI with polygraph level clearance. US citizenship is required.\n

This position is located at our HQ in Hanover, MD and will allow for remote flexibility.\n

Key Responsibilities:\n\nRecruiting & Staffing\n\nPartner with program managers to define staffing needs and job requirements.\nSource, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring strong alignment with company culture and technical requirements.\nManage staffing pipelines to ensure timely backfill and surge support for ongoing contracts.\nCoordinate onboarding for new hires and ensure smooth transitions into assigned projects.\nPartner with the marketing team to provide input on recruiting campaigns, career events and social media content.\nSupport branding initiatives that showcase the company culture, talent and workplace experience\n\n\nPersonnel Management\n\nServe as a point of contact for employees on staffing assignments, career growth, and general support.\nMonitor employee performance and partner with leadership on coaching, recognition, and development opportunities.\nSupport employee engagement initiatives to maintain a positive and productive workplace culture.\nAssist in addressing employee concerns and escalate issues as appropriate.\n\n\nDocumentation & Compliance\n\nMaintain accurate and timely personnel files, staffing matrices, and contract-related workforce records.\nDraft and update job descriptions, performance review templates, staffing plans and completion of candidate resume template.\nEnsure compliance with contractual, legal, and organizational requirements for documentation and reporting.\nSupport audits and internal reviews by preparing and providing documentation as needed.\n\n\n\n

Qualifications:\n\nBachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a relative field is preferred.\n2+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or personnel management, preferably in a government contracting or professional services environment.\nExperience managing and prioritizing multiple projects and stakeholder requests with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.\nStrong organizational and documentation skills, with attention to accuracy and compliance.\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with employees and leadership.\nProficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite.\n\n
