Job Description

We are seeking an Deupty Program Director to join our organization in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will leverage your extensive experience to lead and support the planning, implementation, and evaluation of organizational programs. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational abilities, professional judgment, and a proven commitment to driving program success through effective coordination, strategic oversight, and collaborative leadership.

 

Lead the development, planning, and execution of organizational programs and initiatives, drawing on substantial experience in program design and deliveryCoordinate program activities, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful implementation and stakeholder alignmentManage program budgets, track expenses, and prepare comprehensive financial reports with accuracy and strategic insightEngage with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, provide regular program updates, and maintain strong working relationshipsEstablish and maintain comprehensive program documentation, records, and databases for tracking, reporting, and organizational learningAnalyze program data and performance metrics to identify trends, measure outcomes, and recommend evidence-based improvementsLead cross-functional teams to ensure program objectives are met efficiently and effectivelyDevelop reports, presentations, and materials for program reviews and stakeholder meetings, communicating complex information clearlyOversee the onboarding, coordination, and professional development of program staff and volunteersIdentify and resolve program challenges proactively, implementing corrective actions and documenting lessons learnedEnsure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements across all program operationsDrive continuous program improvement through systematic feedback collection, process optimization, and best practice implementation

 

Qualifications

**Required Qualifications:**

20 years of progressive experience in program management, program leadership, organizational development, or related senior administrative rolesProven track record of successfully managing complex, multi-faceted programs and organizational initiatives at scaleDemonstrated expertise in strategic planning, program design, and organizational transformationAdvanced proficiency in budget management, financial oversight, and resource allocationExtensive experience leading and mentoring cross-functional teams and managing diverse stakeholder relationshipsMastery of program evaluation methodologies, data analysis, and performance metrics interpretationExpert-level organizational and strategic planning skills with ability to manage competing priorities and complex initiatives simultaneouslyExceptional written and verbal communication abilities, including executive-level presentation skillsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, data management systems, and program management softwareDemonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement, implement organizational best practices, and ensure regulatory complianceStrong problem-solving and strategic decision-making capabilities with proven ability to navigate complex organizational challenges

**Preferred Qualifications:**

Master's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Nonprofit Management, or related fieldProfessional certifications in program management (PMP, CAPM) or organizational leadershipExtensive experience in program evaluation, assessment, and organizational effectivenessAdvanced knowledge of budget management, financial reporting, and organizational financeSenior-level experience in nonprofit, educational, government, or international organizationsProven expertise in stakeholder engagement, executive relationship management, and organizational communicationExperience with organizational development, change management, and strategic transformation initiativesBilingual capabilities (English and Arabic) strongly preferred for this Saudi Arabia-based positionInternational program management experience or experience working in Middle Eastern contexts
