As a Deputy Operations Manager, the work you’ll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of a DOD customer. You will play a crucial role in delivering reliable and scalable IT services across the organization directly supporting the mission.

● Manages multiple work center enabling the customer's mission. Provides support and guidance to the Operations Manager.
● Collaborate with the customer, team, and leads to achieve the mission.
● Drive service delivery continually improving our ability to support the customer.
● Utilize full suite of technical and interpersonal skillsets to achieve

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
Bring your engineering expertise along with a drive for innovation to GDIT. The Deputy Operations Manager must have:
● Education: Bachelor of Science
● Experience: 5+ years of related experience
● Technical skills: ITIL training
● Security clearance level: TS/SCI
● US citizenship required
● Role requirements: Customer relationship management, issue resolution, task accomplishment
