Deputy Nursery Manager - Pembury, Tunbridge Wells
Full-Time | £30,000 - £35,000 | Monday to Friday | No weekends

A newly opened and dynamic early years setting in Pembury is seeking an experienced Deputy Nursery Manager to join its close-knit team. You'll work alongside a small management team and have the freedom to influence practice and culture from the ground up.

What You'll Do:

Lead and inspire a team of early years practitionersSupport with day-to-day nursery operationsTake charge in the absence of the ManagerDeliver and support engaging EYFS curriculum plansEnsure regulatory and safeguarding complianceFoster an inclusive, nurturing environment for children aged 0-5

What We're Looking For:

Level 3 qualification in Childcare or equivalentStrong knowledge of EYFS and Ofsted standardsA proactive leader who thrives in collaborative settingsExcellent communication and organisational skills
