About You:
Relevant qualification in Children and Young People (Level 3 or equivalent.)Experience in a supervisory or management role within a residential care setting for children and young people.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work and support the young people and engaging with themKnowledge of legislation and best practices in Care for children and young people.Proficient in record-keeping and report writing.Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.Flexible to work on a rota basis including early, late and evening shifts with 1-2 sleep ins per week. Participate in the oncall structures.Benefits:
