Your mission, roles and responsibilitiesThe role is to support our CBUs / Divisions from Europe / US / Asia / EMD-ROW for Program Controlling Support.
• Ensure implementation & respecting mandatory program controlling procedures.
• Alert Program manager & Controlling manager in case of every discrepancy at Revenue & Cost.
• Keep track of all programs financial KPI’s and make sure that business plan figures are in line with Budget/FCST.
• Provide and secure program controlling inputs.
• Participate during program acquisition. Keep backup of all files relevant to acquisition of program.
• Provide innovative financial solutions during acquisition & development of program.
• Upload RFQA / IBP in workflow for approval form division & BG.
• Monthly simulation of business plan effecting visibility during month along with risk & opportunities.
• Lead all program forecasting processes (SP/Budget, periodic forecast etc…)
• Manage reporting process ensuring reliability, consistency, and transparency.
• Reporting of R&D P&L & provide information / reports to division /BG from time to time.
• Handling of 3PV & post audit of program as per PMS timelines.
• Provide all necessary program analysis including variance analysis, margin to program manager from time to time.
• Creation of master data in SAP & creation of quality back-up
• Create internal order/ WBS in SAP based on requirement.
• Keep quality back-up of all data used for BP simulation.
• Support Controller in Cost analysis
• Support controller in Monthly reporting
• Support controller in financial data synthesis
• Transfer gradually business plan cost data source to plants from Gate 2
Candidate:
Male/Female Qualified ICWA / CMA (CMA Inter or Pursuing final groups can also apply ) with 8 to 12 years of Mfg/industry experience (out of which preferably minimum 3 to 5 years from Automotive Industry) in Controlling.
• Working knowledge of SAP/FCS will be preferred.
• Women Talent will be preferred.
• Should be good in English Communication & Presentation (both Oral & Written)
• Position will be at our Corporate Office – Bhosari, Pune (We have Canteen & Bus facility)
Minimum education level:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration/industrial engineeringProfessional Experience:
3-5 years of practical experience in the area of controlling/financeSkills and competencies:
